- Multi-Sensor (for example, happens also with SP OAD offchip) connected to Tera-Term
Test Spec description:
- The Multi Sensor app fails to reset back to factory image.
Application:
- first flash: ble5_multi_sensor_cc13x2r1_ccs_FlashROM_Release_oad.bin (Erase all unprotected pages)
- second flash: ble5_bim_offchip_cc13x2r1_ccs_Release_bim.hex (Erase pages in image)
Problem reproducibility:
- 100%.
Problem description:

- The Multi Sensor app fails to reset back to factory image.
- I've made sure the image is in the external flash.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

- Flash the external flash tool, and erase all the images in the external flash.(tool attached)
- Flash ble5_multi_sensor_cc13x2r1_ccs_FlashROM_Release_oad.bin (Erase all unprotected pages)
- Flash ble5_bim_offchip_cc13x2r1_ccs_Release_bim.hex (Erase pages in image)
- Try to perform a factory reset (hold right button + left button, and press reset)
