      • Last successful Installer:
        • N/A
      • Test-Bed:
        • Multi-Sensor (for example, happens also with SP OAD offchip) connected to Tera-Term
      • Test Spec description:
        • The Multi Sensor app fails to reset back to factory image.
      • Application:
        • first flash: ble5_multi_sensor_cc13x2r1_ccs_FlashROM_Release_oad.bin (Erase all unprotected pages)
        • second flash: ble5_bim_offchip_cc13x2r1_ccs_Release_bim.hex (Erase pages in image)
      • Problem reproducibility:
        • 100%.
      • Problem description:
        • The Multi Sensor app fails to reset back to factory image.
        • I've made sure the image is in the external flash.
      • Steps to reproduce the issue:
        • Flash the external flash tool, and erase all the images in the external flash.(tool attached)
        • Flash ble5_multi_sensor_cc13x2r1_ccs_FlashROM_Release_oad.bin (Erase all unprotected pages)
        • Flash ble5_bim_offchip_cc13x2r1_ccs_Release_bim.hex (Erase pages in image)
        • Try to perform a factory reset (hold right button + left button, and press reset)
