The function CryptoUtils_reverseCopyPad() was moved out of the various CC26X2 ECC driver implementations and into a common utility file.

Instead of writing back a reversed and padded word, it writes back a reversed and padded byte. This causes failures in the ECDH, ECDSA, and ECJPAKE drivers.
