Improve error message when EnergyTrace is launched on an unsupported device

    • This request is to improve the error handling when EnergyTrace is launched with a device that is not a MCU.

      When launching EnergyTrace from inside a Debug session, it automatically queries the device for its supported functionality. 

      However, when the device is not supported by the advanced EnergyTrace modes (ET+, ET++), the tool still queries the target but comes back with a somewhat cryptic message. 

      The idea is to improve this error message and inform the user of the scenario. 

      "This device only supports EnergyTrace in ET mode, and must be launched outside of a Debug session. Please Terminate the Debug session and start EnergyTrace. "
