CCS 10.0 does not check correct endianess when loading a program

      CCS 10.0 does not appear to check for proper endianess when loading a program. It simply loads the program even if there is an endian mismatch between the executable and the target.

      CCS 9.3.0 does appear to check since an error message will appear when trying to load a program with the wrong endianess.
