MSP432E4 FreeRTOS GCC projects should import port files into directory named M4F

The correct FreeRTOS M4F file was being provided for GCC MSP432E4, but it was provided in a confusingly named M3 directory. This is a cosmetic change of the directory name from M3 to M4F.
