MSP432E4 - Use the NDK library with hardware acceleration

The NDK ships two versions of their slnetif library, one with hardware acceleration and one without. We should update to use the one with hardware acceleration. 

This is done by changing the included library from:

${COM_TI_SIMPLELINK_MSP432E4_SDK_INSTALL_DIR}/source/ti/ndk/slnetif/lib/slnetifndk.aem4f

to:

${COM_TI_SIMPLELINK_MSP432E4_SDK_INSTALL_DIR}/source/ti/ndk/slnetif/lib/slnetifndk_msp432e4.aem4f
