Update examples to use Display_printf() instead of printf() and route log output to Display_printf()

Currently Azure examples other than lp_monitor_demo use direct printf() calls to produce output. This requires a JTAG connection to the host, and is not friendly for those who wish to flash the examples to run them independently. We should instead use Display_printf(), to route the output to the UART.
