User can search /dev for tty.usbmodem* and put the number at the end of the tty.usbmodem name into the port of the XDS200 setting in Target Configuration. For example: /dev/tty.usbmodem14231 would be port 0x14231. There is always a pair of entries for the XDS2xx; use the lower numbered one for the debug port.

    • This is an issue caused by changes on how Apple's ioreg utility reports information about attached tty.usbmodem devices. Because of the change, the XDS software could no longer locate XDS200 probes.

When using macOS Catalina (10.15), XDS200 refuses to be properly recognized by the several utilities (xds2xx_conf, dbgjtag) and CCS.
