Turn off configUSE_MALLOC_FAILED_HOOK for freertos coresdk examples

Update the FreeRTOSConfig.h to set configUSE_MALLOC_FAILED to 0 so that the FreeRTOS malloc() will no longer call a user callback function when memory allocation fails. Prior to this change, the malloc hook was an infinite loop.
