Description

Add a CROV view for the EMAC driver for E4. This view will show the NDK's PBM buffers (packets) as they exist in the following queues:

PBMQ_rx
PBMQ_tx
DMA RX queue (g_pRxDescriptors[])
DMA TX queue (g_pTxDescriptors[])
