    • Program the PSWDLOCK and CRCLOCK OTP locations via your program file instead of using the On-Chip Flash GUI (CCS/UniFlash) to program them.

      PSWDLOCK and CRCLOCK are incorrectly programmed on Potenza (and possibly Topolino) devices in the On-Chip Flash GUI (CCS and UniFlash), which affects the generated ECC value. With an incorrect ECC, the device locks up and cannot be used.
