SlNetIfNDK_bind and SlNetIfNDK_listen do not properly return error codes

      Both functions in the slnetif layer should return a fdError() value translated to an equivalent SLNETERR_BSD_* error from NS, if their underlying NDK functions fail. SlNetIfNDK_socket, shows a good example of this.
