Sockets ROV view has incorrect calculation for amount of buffer used

In the NDK ROV sockets view, the field RxBufSizeUsed is actually showing the amount of buffer remaining.

Need to fix the view to show the correct value for the unwritten portion of the socket buffer, as well as show the size available for writing.
