On Windows PCs, there is extreme flickering when resizing a panel that shows Getting Started, SysConfig or Resource Explorer. Whenever the panel is resized by dragging a splitter bar (e.g. between the "Project Explorer" and "Resource Explorer"), the panel changes quickly to black and then back to the panel contents. This happens continuously while dragging the splitter bar. When resizing the entire CCS main window, the same type of flickering only occurs when reducing the panel size, and then only in the area is about to be "removed".
