When running a target that is powered using EnergyTrace HDR, both embedded in a launchpad or when using the external XDS110+HDR pod combination, the EnergyTrace capture fails to progress past 40s to 1min.

This does not happen with the regular EnergyTrace.

This was observed in CCSv9.1.0 with emupack 8.2.0.00004.

At the moment there is no workaround to this issue, short of downgrading CCS or using an different OS such as Windows.
