When launching a debug session by clicking ont the green bug button, the IDE automatically performs a build of the highlighted project and proceeds to launch and load the code.

If the project fails to build for any reason, the user is left with only two options in the "Errors in Workspace" dialog box: either "Proceed" with the launch or "Cancel" the launch, with an alternate check box to override this and always proceed with the launch.

      Two proposals:

      1) Three radio buttons at the bottom of the dialog box:
      Always prompt (default)
Never launch and return to CCS Edit perspective automatically
      Always launch without asking

      2) Simply set the "Cancel" button to automatically return to CCS Edit perspective
