Release Notes:
The use of UARTUtils to route example output to the UART is only possible when using TI codegen. We should use the standard printf() behavior from the toolchain independently of whichever one is picked, as a simplification for the users.

printf() output should follow toolchain behavior rather than build on UARTUtils
