Workaround:
Use SWD instead of JTAG, or use “TI XDS” for Debugger selection.
Release Notes:
When using XDS110 with JTAG over CMSIS-DAP mode in IAR, the probe cannot connect to the target. Using SWD connection though successfully connects to the target.
