      The ADCBufMSP432E4 driver is currently hard-coded to use the TIMER1_BASE timer peripheral. It needs to be updated to use the TimerMSP432E4_allocate() and TimerMSP432E4_free() APIs. The hardware attributes also needs to be updated to allow the application to specify the timer peripheral's base address.
