Complex math - when the imaginary part of z is infinity, cprojf(z) is computed incorrectly

As per the C99 standard for complex math, cprojf function, when the imaginary part of z is infinity, cprojf(z) is equivalent to INFINITY + I * copysign(0.0, cimagf(z))
