Cannot upload more than 200MB of data files on desktop

      When uploading datasets via a folder, you will get a "Upload Error: Total size of files cannot exceed 200MB. Please split files into multiple uploads." error when there is more than 200MB of data. This limitation should not exist on the desktop version (I believe the limitation is on the AWS/Cloud version only)
