Using the tiarmclang or c29clang option --version causes the build to succeed no matter what

      Start with a CCS project that uses tiarmclang or c29clang, and builds clean.  Add the build option --version, per the attached screenshot.  Add some obvious error to one source file.  Build the project.  At first glance, it seems all of the files are re-compiled, and the link step runs.  In fact, all that happens is the version of the compiler is repeatedly dumped out.
