Loss of focus/context during project build from AI chat window when project build is initiated by AI

      If a project build is initiated by the AI agent (using project MCP server) and then the user continues to type in the AI chat (Claude Code, Codex, etc), there will be an automatic loss of focus which changes to either Problems or Output view and the user is then unintentionally inputting text to the view in context.
