CIO output to console is inconsistent, and sometimes GUI CIO output is not able to be established at all with a core

      The serial console and serial MCP server do not always show data. Sometimes they will show nothing. If you connect a Logic Analyzer to the pin you can see the data and similarly if you connect an external console you can see the data.

      This has a significant impact on AI as it often uses the serial connect for debugging and it thinks thinks are not working when they actually are.
