Documentation links activated in SysConfig do not work in CCS Theia

      Documentation links activated in SysConfig do not work in CCS Theia.

      Performing same steps in standalone SysConfig works without issues. 

      Reproduced with CCS 20.5.0 and SysConfig 1.27.0 with C2000ware 26.0.0.0 using the can_ex1_loopback project for 2837xD device. 

      Open the .syscfg file and select CLB from left navigation tree... do not add anything. There are links, clicking on one does nothing.
