Code generation is not the same after saving and re-loading

      In SysConfig: Adding and removing certain configuration settings may result in generated source files having a slightly different sequence of calls when source files are saved in SysConfig GUI. If a command line build is invoked, which is typically what happens when a project is built within CCS, then the issue is not present.
