in train wizard, device information is not correct 

1. for a project created for a certain extension version (e.g. 1.2.0), the device information shown is not relevant to that version
2. for a project that is not created for a certain extension version, the device information shown is not relevant to the latest version.

Test with P55. Note the device information is pulled from 1.0.1. 
In #1 above, content should be from 1.2.0 (This can be discussed whether it should be 1.3.0) but it should not be from 1.0.1
In #2, content should be from latest version. (1.3.0 ATM)
