Handle cases where the XDS110 firmware needs to be updated

      The first time a debug session is launched for a new board there is a very good chance (95%) that a prompt will appear to update the firmware for the XDS110.

      If it is an AI agent launching the debug session it is not going to be aware about the prompt to update the firmware.

      This should be handled automatically.
