      Debug launches for F28/F29 targets can fail with a TI Cloud Agent connection error. This issue appears specific to environments after incrementally updating CCS to version 20.5.0. Full (clean) CCS 20.5.0 installations do not exhibit this issue.

      The issue appears specific to F28/F29 devices. MSPM0 did not exhibit this issue.
