Certain device selection in training wizard for time series classification breaks the training parameters panel

      1. Create a time series classification project
      2. Launch the training wizard
      3. Select some device (the device selection that causes this issue seems to vary between cloud and desktop, but F280013 does it for both)
      4. Continue to the parameter selection tab.
      5. See the "training params" panel is stuck "loading". In the browser devtools we see the request to set_properties is taking a very long time, eventually timing out.
