Reset options are sometimes missing in the Run menu on macOS.

      Available Reset options sometimes missing under the "Run -> Reset" menu on macOS. The issue is sporadic. This can also happen with the options via the context menu for the core in the debug view. However it seems to happen more often under "Run -> Reset".
