Code Composer Studio Helper processes are left behind when closing CCS on macOS

      When Code Composer Studio is run, a bunch of processes are started. There will be several instances of "Code Composer Studio Helper". After shutting down CCS one of these processes is left running. So after running CCS a number of times, the system ends up with many of them.
