CCS is unable to recognize a project inside a folder that is part of a multi-root workspace environment. This happens if the parent folder of the project folder was first used as a single (non-multi-root) workspace folder and then later added as an additional root folder to an existing workspace environment. CCS will continue to recognize the project in the single folder workspace environment but not in a multi-root workspace environment.
