CCS installer should strongly warn users installing on unsupported macOS versions

      Today CCS will let you install on older macOS versions that are not supported. These may or may not work.

      The installer should detect that these versions are not supported and warn them that the product may not operate properly.

      In the case of macOS 10.15 (Catalina) we should block installation as it will not work as the Theia IDE prevents execution.
