ROV does not show data if it is opened while debug session is starting

      ROV does not show data if it is opened while debug session is starting.

      1. Start debug session (debug freertos project)
      2. While session is starting, open a new ROV
      3. Observe that once session is started, ROV is not updated to show the data
      4. ROV needs to be reopened to see the correct data.
