    • Add a reset of DRBG cache to llCsProcedureCleanup function, causing the cached to be reset after each procedure (as it relevants only when the procedure is ongoing).

Scenario: Establishing a connection and executing the Channel Sounding procedure between CC2745R10Q1(car) to the CC2745R10Q1/CC2340R53(key) device, for 10 CS loops in each connection.
Observed several phenomena with CS after reconnection: The first distance event contains invalid data: "distance status": [ 1 ], "distance": [ 4294967295 ]. But subsequent values are valid. The distance starts very high and stabilizes to valid values after several events. All distance events return a value of 0.
