Description: CC2745 as peripheral, without channel sounding enabled. The handover data size is increasing to more than 1000 bytes.

Reproduce steps:

Enable connection handover feature in syscfg
Call Handover_startServingNode in BLEAPPUTIL_PAIRING_STATE_BOND_SAVED event
Connect to phone and bond it
Check the data size of Handover_GetSNDataSize returned
