Option to export all messages in the Problems view to a log file

      Open to export all messages in the Problems view to a log file, or at least the ability to "Select All" like what was available in CCS Eclipse.

      Note that it is possible to multi select lines by selecting a line and then holding down SHIFT button and then selecting another line to select all the lines in between. Then use CTRL+C and CTRL+V to copy and paste. However this doesn't work well with many lines so it is not a viable workaround.
