Need support for "basic" non-SDK project templates, similar to what existed in CCS Eclipse. Current CCS Theia implementation relies on SDK examples in Resource Explorer. Not all devices have SDK support in Resource Explorer. For the ones that do, not all of them have examples for a project library. Another use case is for environments that is not connected to the internet and hence cannot access Resource Explorer online.
