Is a temp fix proposed by community on a vendor platform to get SE platforms to boot. But the rootcause and actual fix still need to be investigated.

The claim made by submitter is they cannot configure the MCU ESM because TIFS or DM is locking the CTRL MMR regions during it's init process after U-Boot has unlocked them.

This is currently being debugged but creating this ticket for tracking.

Need to be also investigated if this affects current product SDK 11.x baseline as well.
