IPC does not throw error if the requested endpoint is greater than 100

      In PDK IPC ,We advised to keep the requested end points to be < 100 itself we did not restrict it anywhere.

      If it is RPMESSAGE_ANY you will never have a problem. But if you intentionally make params->requestedEndpt value >100 then we don't have any code or further checks.
