MCAN module of MCAL has undefined register initialization

      Bug Description:
      In the CAN module MCAN_init function, the registers EMUFACK and CLKFACK in the following figure are reserved bits in the registers.

      Update the source code based on register details
      Rootcause:
      Configuring reserved bits Emulation and clock ack flags which are not needed for any functionality
      Workaround:
      Removed configuring of reserved bit fields in Can_mcanInit()
