The path for all of the EVM quick start guides that are hosted on dev.ti.com has been updated from
dev.ti.com/tirex/context/tirex-product-tree/<processor_name>-devtools.../etc
to
dev.ti.com/tirex/content/tirex-product-tree/processors-devtools/etc

Please update all of the Hardware_Setup_with_CCS pages:
