SafeTI Compiler Qualification Kit template documents tool qualification PLAN and tool qualification REPORT are nearly identical

      The term qkit is short for SafeTI Compiler Qualification Kit.

      The qkit with the problem is SafeTI_CQKit_ARM_v1.2.0_ARM_20.2.

      Compare these files from the directory qkit/Templates: TQP.docm and TQR.docm.  They are nearly identical.  TQR makes sense as a report template. TQP does not make sense as a plan template.

      Consider the older qkit SafeTI_CQKit_ARM_v1.1.2_ARM_18.1.  In that qkit, TQP and TQR are obviously different.
