"Export As CCS Desktop View" dialog has misleading information

      The "Export As CCS Desktop View" dialog has misleading information.

      For "Requirements" it states "CCS v7.0 or higher". This is misleading. GCv2 apps work for from CCS v7.0 to CCS v12.x. It does not support CCS 20.x. GCv3 apps will only work with CCS v20.x and greater.

      For the installation path, it states:

      CCSTheiaInstallRoot/ccs/theia/ccs_plugins

      This only applies to the CCS Theia based IDE (CCS 20.x and greater) for GCv3 apps.
      For GCv2 apps and CCS Eclipse based IDEs, the installation path is:

      CCSEclipseInstallRoot/ccs/eclipse/dropins-gc
