OSPI XIP prefetch causes DMA transfer data corruption

      DMA transferring from OSPI could have corrupted data if the DMA source address is just 4-byte aligned. The issue won't happen if the DMA source address is 4K-byte aligned.

      The issue could be resolved by disabling OSPI XIP prefetch - FSAS_SYSCONFIG register bit7.
