New Project Wizard and Resource Explorer import is not picking up existing latest C2000Ware installation that was installed standalone (from ti.com)

Both New Project Wizard and ReX import will prompt the user to download latest C2000Ware anyway, even though both CCS and ReX has already successfully detected it. If the user agrees to install it again, the same issue occurs because both CCS and ReX is still picking up the one from the standalone install. If the standalone install is explicitly uninstalled, then the one installed by ReX will get picked up and everything will work fine.

It is unknown if the issue is with the standalone C2000Ware package or ReX. Another thing to consider is that the standalone installer will install in c:\ti\c2000 by default vs what ReX uses (C:\ti).
