      Suspend Resume fails to resume if both the A53 cores are used in the system.

      Fix details:
      Bug was due to a race condition in the LPM sequence where we were not waiting for a53_1 to turn off.
      It has been fixed as part of https://github.com/TexasInstruments/arm-trusted-firmware/pull/8/files#diff-f07710dbc1f8895b76ff03ecc48c071864a81a2409ac6b75dd4648d68cfcc8cfR279
