AM62L DMA: udma_stop not functional for cyclic packets

      In BCDMA_V2 -> udma_stop -> chan teardown for infinite/cyclic packets mode is not finishing due to a potential hardware bug.
      **

      Current observations:

      • No Teardown completion acknowledgement (TDOWN bit set and Enable cleared)
      • No Teardown timeout
      • Pausing the channel before Teardown doesn't help
      • Forced Teardown is not functional either
