CCS IDE not able to pick the file

      When trying to load a file in CCS v20 via Sysconfig it reports error:

      Error: node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1078
      Hide Details... throw err;

      The error is not observed when older version of CCS v12.8.1 is used.
